Thick bar work continues

1. RT max effort work

– got air with 104, 2 kg
– almost full lift with 100,2 kg
– 3 reps with 94 kg with right hand, also got air with left hand

All PR’s.

2. Manus Grip DO deadlift

– worked up to 150 kg single. PR

3. Axle DU grip rows

4 x 100 kg
3 x 100 kg
3 x 100 kg

Notes: Finally got another pair of 15 kg plates that fit on my axle. Those rows were the hardest part of this workout for my grip. Will have to keep working on that.
