<p><strong>2. OH Pinch, 52 mm</strong></p>
<p>8 x 1 x 30 kg<br />
6 x 1 x 35 kg<br />
As a finisher, quick switches from hand to hand midair with 40 kilos.</p>
<p>As a training equipment, Euro pinch apparatus clearly isn&#8217;t one of the best if you&#8217;d like to do more volume barehanded. I will look for another way to train pinch more and using gloves is one option.</p>

<p>80 kg took some air with lefty and 90 kg took some air with righty. So it is coming back but not quite there yet.</p>

<p>This 46 mm width 46 sure does feel narrow and awkward. I don&#8217;t know how I should position my hand on the apparatus, should I go more towards the thumb or more towards the fingers, however I do it it just is so narrow. It felt a ton easier to pinch my ultraslick 15 kg plates (60 mm width combined) after this. However, if I do see some carryover or thumb strength gains from this, I can live with it.</p>
<p>It is going to get harder from now on, as the 90 kg mark on the RT approaches.</p>

- Hardest work I&#8217;ve done on the RT ever. Never felt this crippled after a set on RT.</p>
<p>L: 1 x 11 x 65 kg</p>
<p>- Left hand really is that much weaker. Could not get the 12th rep all the way up, no matter what.</p>
<p><strong>Afterthought: </strong>If I use RT as an indicator, it seems to me that work capacity is on the rise.</p>
