Squats really do fire up the grip. 111 kg with left hand and 114,4 kg with right hand.

Was this heavy or high rep squats ? Sounds like squats could be the perfect warmup for a grip exercise

Heavy. Rep range 1-5. Yeah squats really fire up the nervous system.
