1. Choked BBSE 197 lbs
1 x 17 mm easy
1 x 18 mm easy
1 x 20 mm really slow start!
2. Choked #4 213 lbs
- purpose was to hit the weak part of ROM harder
2 x 1 x 20 mm missed attempts of course, but forced in and held for couple of secs
That was it. Wrists don’t extend properly at the moment so careful stretching was in order a few hours after.
