Wrist work

1. Barbell Wrist Curl

2 x 5 x 70 kg, pretty fast reps
1 x 4 x 80 kg, fought hard to double what I did yesterday
1 x 1 x 82,5 kg, came really slowly but it came up

2. Grippers

4 x 3 x filed SM, reps done explosively. I placed these so that I did one set immediately after each wrist curl set.

3. Clubbell-swipes with 11 lbs sledge

I did these purposefully slow to make the eccentric work feel much harder. Did not count the reps but did plenty and it feels.
