Wrist strength on the rise

OK, two day break from direct grip training and it’s time to get back at it.

1. Vulcan MMS

1 x 5 x L13
1 x 5 x L14
1 x 5 x L15
1 x 5 x L16

Went ok, but tore the skin on my left index finger again just when I thought it had healed. I need it to heal fully before I can set the heavier grippers.

2. Plate curls

Forced myself to do 3 reps in a row with both hands. That was it, I think low volume works on these. Seems so thus far, as last time I managed only 2 reps with right hand and 1 with left. wink.gif

3. Plate wrist curls

3 x 7 x 10 kg

Wrists are getting stronger at decent rate. It’s going to pay off big time within next couple of months.
