5 x 1, going up to 23 mm

2. R & P, IMTUG #7 righty and #6 lefty

3 x 1

3. Blobette, cleans & bounces

40 lbs, quite a bit of reps

4. Plate curls

- 15 kg, 3 or 4 singles, ok with right, no chance with left
- R: 1 x 8 x 10 kg, L: 1 x 5 x 10 kg
