Yesterday’s training

1. 201 lbs #4 attempts
- 4 singles: 5 mm (as in the gap between the handles), 3mm (scroll down for video of this), 3 mm, 3 mm
- did not force all these closed as this was more of a test to see where I am against this #4.
- forced in the last single, held at 1 mm from close
2. Choker work on 202 lbs BBGE
- 5 singles, distance 25 mm (1″)
- missed the first 3 by 1 mm, last 2 a bit more
- forced all closed
All of the above was done with right hand only, as for my left hand, I did some set specific work, mostly on a couple of oddball exercises and just a bit of choker work and a couple of MMS attempts on the hard Elite.
Really looking forward to next gripper workout!
