Changing things around
I decided to get back to choker work to get the final bit of crush back to peak form again.
Right hand:
1. BBSE (197 lbs) choked at 20 mm
- 3 good 3 count OC’s, 1 missed attempt forced in x 3
- First two singles were very strong, got a good grind on the handles as well
2. BBE (182 lbs) wide set
- 4 hard 5 count OC’s, grinding the handles back and forth on each close
Left hand:
1. BBSE (197 lbs) choked at 20 mm
- inverted negs, 5 singles
2. CoC #3 (162 lbs) wide set
- 4 hard 5 count OC’s, grinding the handles back and forth on each close
That’s it. I took over 5 minute breaks between all singles and really tried to grind those handles together. I will now up the frequency of the workouts, trying to train atleast 3 times a week and try to fire up the nervous system. I will limit the amount of attempts to what is necessary and stop while I still feel strong.

Changing things around does wonders for me.
Keep up the good work Teemu.
I watch your progress daily.
You’re my inspiration on grippers.

Thanks man! I have high hopes and hope to get something worth filming done within a month or so.
