Workout 3 of the rotation
1. Max attempts
Deep set attempts on the 206 lbs #4 focus on getting as powerful set as possible, squeezing from there and forcing the attempts closed. 5 singles. Same with left but tuned down to FBBC HARD.
R: Totally worthless attempts today. Setting felt weaker than it has been for a few weeks.
L: Not too bad, closer to closing this than before..strange that I’m having off day with my better hand.
2. Small set attempts
200 lbs Narrow BB PRO, working both hands, 5 singles, all forced in. Now, worthless attempts with both hands. This went lightyears better last time.
3. Parallel max reps, one set.
R: Easy #3.5: 1 x 6. Lowest for a long time.
L: Cert #3: 1 x 5. As much as last time.
4. Sledge work
Working all directions for plenty of longish sets.
Was so much off this time on almost everything. Can’t wait for next time to get my revenge on those damn grippers, that transfer into harder ones overnight.
